To regale his family and friends and make the choice to eat organic, even when our daily pace is fast.

Just simply add the eggs, milk and butter, 20 minutes cooking and voila!

Plus: a succulent preparation with 43% chocolate ... Yum!

Use

Predicting bio following ingredients: 3 whole eggs, milk 70ml (or vegetable drink), 90 g butter (or margarine).

  • Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6), if possible with convection.
  • Pour contents of the sachet into a bowl.
  • Add the cold milk and whole eggs, then mix well with a wooden spoon before adding the butter (or margarine) barely melted.
  • Mix vigorously with a whisk or a beater for preparing foamy.
  • Pour into a well greased round (25cm diameter) or square (20 x 20 cm) and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • The flux is cooked if the blade of a knife 2 cm from the edge or dry spring planted spring blade in the middle with chocolate traces.
  • Turn out after complete cooling.

Trick

Variations:
  • Brownies: Add pieces of nuts or bananas cut before pouring the mixture into a rectangular mold.
  • Muffins: Place the mixture into individual molds and sprinkle decorating your choice on top of the cake (colored pellets, cubes of candied orange, almonds ...).
